APPRAISER RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Every two year renewal cycle appraisers need to take 28 Hours of Continuing Education.  Seven (7) hours need to be the USPAP National Update course.  Each renewal cycle is every two years.

The same or like courses can not be repeated for use as continuing education within a two year period, except of USPAP.

INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT: 

Once the you register for the course you will receive an email confirmation for your records and within 24 hours the instructor will personally email you so you have a contact during the course.  Students are encouraged to email Paul@CookeSchool.com for any questions they might have.

Students may also call the school at 800-943-9993 during normal business hours, but students are encourage to email the instructor so they have better record of the answers to their requests.
